AVNA Returns & Warranty Policy
1. The "Love It" Guarantee (Change of Mind) We want you and your pet to love your AVNA piece. If you change your mind, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

The Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging (including the foam/protective box). Due to hygiene standards for pet products, we cannot accept bowls that have been used for food or water.

The Cost: You will receive a full refund of the product price. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
2. The "Natural Stone" Clause (What is NOT a Defect) Our bowls are carved from solid blocks of natural marble, onyx, and jade. Like diamonds, no two pieces are identical.

Variations: Veining, color intensity, natural fissures (that do not compromise structural integrity), and mineral flecks are proof of the stone's authenticity, not defects. These variations will not be accepted as grounds for a "faulty" return; however, you may return them under the "Change of Mind" policy (at your shipping expense).
3. Damaged on Arrival We pack our stone with extreme care. However, if your order arrives damaged:

Action: You must email us at avnacollective@outlook.com with photos of the damage and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery.

Resolution: We will arrange a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
4. Warranty & Faults In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if your item has a major failure (e.g., it leaks or cracks spontaneously due to a structural fault), you are entitled to a replacement or refund.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by dropping, misuse, dishwashers, or exposure to extreme thermal shock (boiling water).
