AVNA Shipping Policy

1. Processing & Dispatch Because our pieces are solid stone and require secure protective packaging, please allow 1–2 business days for our team to inspect, pack, and dispatch your order from our Sydney warehouse.

2. Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping

    • Cost: Complimentary Standard Shipping on all orders.

    • Estimated Delivery: 2–8 business days (depending on your location).

    • Note: We use Australia Post / Courier Partners for standard deliveries to ensure safe handling of heavy goods.

  • Express Shipping

    • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

    • Estimated Delivery: 1–4 business days (Metro areas are typically next-day after dispatch).

    • Important: Please note that "Express" refers to the courier service level. It does not skip the necessary safety packaging time in our warehouse.

3. Delivery Timeframes (Estimates Only) While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping times are estimates provided by our carriers and are outside our control once the package leaves AVNA.

  • Sydney/NSW: 1–3 business days

  • VIC/QLD (Metro): 2–4 business days

  • SA/TAS/ACT: 3–6 business days

  • WA/NT: 5–10 business days (allow extra time for regional areas)

4. Authority to Leave (ATL) To ensure your delivery is seamless, our couriers have Authority to Leave the package in a safe place if you are not home.

  • If you do not want this (e.g., you live in an apartment complex where theft is a risk), please select "Signature Required" at checkout or leave a note in your order.

  • AVNA is not responsible for packages that are stolen or damaged after they have been successfully delivered by the carrier.

6. Re-Delivery Fees Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, a re-delivery fee will apply.
